Shipping policy

At Orag, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery for all our customers. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  1. Dispatch Times

    • Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped the next working day.
    • Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched within two working days.
    • Please note, orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

  2. Shipping and Tracking

    • All orders are shipped with tracking for your convenience.
    • We’ll send your tracking information to the contact details provided at checkout so you can monitor your order’s progress.

  3. Domestic Shipping Only

    • Due to product regulations, we can currently ship aerosol items only within the UK. However, we’re actively exploring options to extend shipping internationally.

  4. Postage and Packaging Fees

    • For UK Mainland, our rates are as follows:
      • £3.99 for orders under £40.00
      • Free for orders over £40.00
    • Expected delivery time is 1-3 working days within the UK Mainland.

  5. Delivery Disclaimer

    • While we strive for timely delivery, Orag is not liable for any delays or lost items once dispatched with the courier, as our shipments do not include transit insurance.
    • In case of loss, any replacement or refund offered will be at our discretion, minus original shipping costs. By ordering, you acknowledge Orag is not obligated to refund items lost during transit.
