At Orag, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be in the same condition as received—unused and in original packaging.
   • Return requests must be initiated by contacting us at returns@orag.co.uk.
   • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Process:

   • Upon return approval, we will provide you with the return address and postage instructions.
   • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Product Condition:

   • While we package items with care, our tin plate cans may experience minor surface scratches during transit. Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the damage is excessive.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:

   • Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts (not due to our error).
   • Discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.
   • Returns submitted more than 28 days after delivery will not be accepted.

5. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund approval status.
   • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
