A unique feature of this book is the inclusion of slides and video clips on the Oxford Region Airway Group (ORAG) website - www.orag.co.uk. This is intended to complement the material in the book. It is therefore important that the reader has read the chapter(s) before logging on to view the slides.

The slides for each chapter contain text, pictures and videos. A fair amount of text is included on the slides to reflect the format of the chapter and this may be a repetition of text from the book. This is deliberate and intended to reinforce messages from the book. Please note some of the videos have no sound. It is our intention to update the slide shows in future.

I would like to thank Dr Jairaj Rangasami and Dr Karthikeyan Ponnusamy for their enormous efforts in making this website project a possibility. I would also like to thank Bhavesh Popat for his help in editing and organising the videos.
